BROKEN. GLASS. EVERYWHERE! Okay, so today while shopping for DVDs I heard some commotion on the other side of the store. It sounded as if someone was throwing dishes at the wall over in the dish section. This went on for about 5 minutes until finally, curiosity got the best of me, and I went to find out what on earth was going on! There was, who I thought, a customer, taking beautiful glassware off the shelves and simply DROPPING them into her shopping cart as broken glass was flying everywhere!! There were big pieces down to small shimmering shards all over the floor. She turned around angrily and DROVE OVER AND WALKED THROUGH all the glass shards and headed to the back of the store! SHE WAS AN EMPLOYEE! I went to whom I assumed was the manager and told him there were glass shards everywhere in the dish section. He simply laughed it off and said she was just removing all the old “expired” dishware from the area. Wow. I get it that it must’ve sat on the shelves too long but to throw it into the cart causing broken glass to fly everywhere causing a hazard to the customers and the little kids in the store?! I was so disgusted by this behavior I felt sick to my stomach and considered putting all my items (carefully) back on the shelves and walking out of this store. Sadly, I didn’t because I loved my newly found DVDs too much… LOL… but I will think twice about ever returning to this store.

Things are a little high priced, while others aren't. A regular men's sweater, not cashmere, just cotton, was $19.99, while a fridge filter was $2.99. Thankfully I needed the filter and didn't need the sweater! I bought the two filters! Lucky me! Puzzles were higher priced ($5.99-9.99) than the Unique /Savers($1.99-4.99) as well. I don't usually shop Goodwill, but thought I'd stop by to see what I was missing. Very busy on Saturday, but line moved quickly. They are hiring, like everyone else is.

Cashier changed prices on shoes I wanted to purchase, tag on shoe was 4.99 and on the bottom was a 5. Said they were priced wrong and wanted to look over all the shoes I wanted to purchase. I understand if tags were switched but they matched the bottom. Frustrating that I spent time shopping and the prices doubled at the register.

This place is the worst. I’ve driven 20 miles round trip multiple times to avoid it and I live 2 miles away. Takes FOREVER to drop something off. Every time. Has nothing to do with COVID. It seems they insist on insuring every item is put …
