I've banked at this location for almost 15 years. Staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. Branch manager Kyle went above and beyond assisting me this week, I'd give 6 stars if I could.

Absolutely no respect for customers. I had my checking account for less than a week. I try to log into my online banking on a saturday afternoon, it says there is a problem on their end and to call them. Come to find out the branch manager kyle went and shut down my card, locked me out of my accounts and left for the weekend because he thought a check looked suspicious. Not one single phone call or email to let me know I am not going to have access to my money for the entire weekend. Monday rolls around and I try to call the branch, finally picks up and tells me the manager is on vacation for an entire week and is the only one who could release my stuff and the suspension doesn't expire for another week and a half. REFUSED to give me my money for 2 weeks. I called every single branch in Minnesota and only 1 branch picked up. I also called customer service and they flat out told me to that the branches don't ever answer their phones and that they all just say the branch is closed when it actually is not. This is one of the worst banks I have ever encountered and I am disgusted they would treat a customer like this. I am closing out my accounts as soon as I can and telling everyone to never go here because I have never encountered this much disrespect in my life.

Awful customer service. Wow! Remind me to NEVER bank with this place. Total dump. I've had some better experiences at some other US Bank locations in the area but this one is by far the worst.

I do not recommend to come to that branch. Never. Had some complications with this branch. And when the manager of the branch contacted me on the phone for the first time, he was very rude and was talking most of the time, not giving me a chance to say anything. It was very unprofessional. Also, manager covering up his incompetent staff. He made me feel like I was nothing to the bank, like I was not a client, but some random person who doesn't have a right to speak. Even thought the problem was solved, he never apologized and made me feel like it was my fault not the banker's, he highlighted it in our face-to-face conversation. So again, don't recommend to come to the branch.
