USPS, has really went down, haven’t received mail for 2 days can’t call to complain nobody cares Huh!!!! Worse Worse Worse need help!!!!!!!

Worst Service, The Lady Receiving the packages is sitting down in a chair and telling everyone that last drip off package is 4:30pm…. this location close at 5:30pm. We pay Labels so they can have a job, is not like they are making us a favor! never going back.

Between the USPS Customer Service & this post office in Gardena, I’ve never met a more useless big company. Spent 3 full days calling this post office to stop a package from being delivered, with the phone never being picked up. It’s hard to believe they were busy with customers every second from open to close on all 3 days. Then Customer Service telling me they can’t do anything about it, but then on the day it’s being delivered, they decide to have it noted to not be delivered, but it may not be received in time if the package is already in route. Why wasn’t that the first thing to do when I spoke with them 3 days prior, multiple of times or even the multiple of times I spoke with them 2 days prior?

I just want to say that postmaster Wanda is amazing. And went above and beyond for me. I was scammed on the internet. And she had amazing customer service, and was very vigilant In finding my package, relabeling it and getting it back to me. It was a very important package. She is a god send. Thank you so much again ❤️❤️❤️
