When I first read about Cover I knew it was exactly what I'd been waiting for. We have a section of our back yard that was a steep slope down to the street below. We wanted to do something with it and a guest house (ADU) that could serve as a rental or space for our aging parents seemed ideal. So we took the plunge and paid the small fee to get a series of designs from Cover. They worked with us to refine them and create the perfect space. While they specialize in building prefabs, they also built the retaining wall system and car port our Cover sits on top of. We get as many compliments on the concrete retaining walls as we do the unit itself! Once the unit was complete we were invited to spend the night in our space before the new tenants moved in. Closing the doors, the noise of LA vanished and we were in a perfect, immaculately finished, custom home. If you're thinking of building a small house or studio on your space, these are the folks to talk to.
