Update—I don’t see a big change since they added Sephora. The Amazon returns process is still awesome. This Kohls is okay. There is a better one on Concord Pike. I find the selection at Concord Pick to have more variety. My favorite part of all the Kohl’s stores is the discount section. Of course when buying through that section you’re buying off season. Try checking it out on a weekly basis because the racks clear out quickly. This Kohl’s Amazon return section is excellent. Their quick and efficient, even in high traffic times. I use this store as my go to return location.

This kohls got a remodel and has a separate inside. It was spacious, and uncrowded. Got 5 seamfree unders for $25 and a really nice pair of FLX athletic pants on clearance. Also, the cashier gave me a scratch off coupon for an even bigger discount, AND I had Kohls cash that made my total super 👌

I went into the store and was disappointed to see that its changed. The womens clothes are not as nice as it used to be, designers that I bought are no longer there, hardly any inventory. I used to leave there with alot of clothes in my hand and now I don't like anything there that I would want to buy. Its a shame upper management felt they had to change something that was already good. I won't be going in there anymore to buy their clothes. Sucks!

Bought a pillow (poor selection, was the last "good brand pillow" ot was a" serta stay cool"). When I took pillow out of its box it had many yellow stains front and back, plus a black streak mark on side, like a grease stain. It DID NOT look new, even the protective sleeve was missing. Called the store to complain, they apologized... but who will return my wasted time and xtra gas? Kohls didn't do right for me. Awful to sell a "used pillow" it's unsanitary, gross, disgusting.
