Been a customer for several years and purchased 2 5th wheels so far. Customer service was great, service on campers great. Always been very pleased. Beginning of summer went in looking for a part lady at service desk wasn't very helpful. She said we would be contacted Monday, knew right then we wouldn't be and we weren't. Felt like not interested if not big sale item. Tried to trade today and the depreciation on camper we purchased from them 4 years was huge. We all know not much has depreciated in the past couple years. Unfortunately will have to not work locally like I try to do. Very disappointing, but happens when businesses get big.

We’ve been customers of Harvey RVs since 2014, and are now on our third Winnebago! There are other RV dealers closer to us in Southern Maine, but we travel 2 1/2 hours to Bangor for Harvey’s sales and service. Just cannot say enough about the Service team… they are the best! From regular maintenance, winterizing, storage and custom work like solar panels and inverters, Harvey’s is top notch. And we have had some issues with our Winnebago’s… but Harvey’s has been diligent and resourceful in fixing those issues. 5 stars to Harvey RVs!

Good for local shop, update 2019 had an issue with my brakes when hauling a travel trailer called up to service department and talk to the service manager extremely knowledgeable told me exactly what the problem was, not looking to make money just to make sure I was safe. Will be going back to them for all my service needs Update 11-2020 Have problem with my Heartland mallard Travel Trailer furnace after explaining the issues they spent extra time to solve the problem which turned out to be just some odd connections that were loose but took care of it very pleased with the service and the price was very reasonable
