If you want the best 22-28’ foot rv available you come to CH. Built like your house could be built - IF you had a quality builder. Best in the industry in the B+ B builds. Family owned - awesome service after the sale. 3 year warranty. Yes they are $$ but there are employees who have been there for many years, with a profit sharing plan. The comparable top quality coaches profit goes to large concerns. Ch is not perfect - no one is - but in a world where quality and customer service is hard to find working with them is refreshing.

Very disappointed... Prior to scheduling an appointment, we called the service department a few times explaining in detail the problem we were having with the slide on our CH. We provided them with the model and year and are registered in their system. They assured us that they could make the adjustment needed in 1-2 days and could do a bumper to bumper inspection while it was there. We made the appointment 2 weeks in advance and drove 11 hours one way to drop it off. At the end of the 1st day, we called to find out the status of the repair and received a return phone message that they hadn't gotten to it but "tomorrow was a new day". The next morning we went to check on progress and were told they would not be able to make the repair in one day. We still wanted them to perform the inspection as scheduled but were told they would not be able to do that either. Needless to say, the trip was a total waste of time, energy and money (we had to rent a car and get a hotel room). On a positive note, we were very impressed with the manufacturing facilities and the staff were pleasant and friendly.
