My parents, who both have passed away since Christmas, within a week of each other, lived at Spanish Lakes for many years until a year and a half ago when they moved to Sarasota. I drove through today just to reminisce a little. My most cherished memories, as an adult, were the times I visited them. We never missed Bingo, played shuffle board and spent a lot of time in the pool saying to my parents "watch this Mom, look at me Dad" just like we did when we were kids. They loved living there and we loved visiting.

Spanish lakes mobile home park Is a nice place to have a second home to just get away for the weekend or a week you are right here Near Venice and all the beautiful beaches along the Gulf of Mexico so I would highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay check out Spanish lakes mobile home park.

There are no HOA fees at Spanish Lakes
Pets are allowed around the outer perimeter. There is a 35 lb. weight limit for dogs.

Rents approx. $730 and up depending on location (ex lake view, corner, outer perimeter), with annual increase $20+ mo. on lease anniversary.

Inside circle of park is cheaper than outside perimeter OUTSIDE means no moble homes in rear of units PLUS its pet friendly ..meaning pets permitted ..I live on outside which is $704.00..including water..lawn service and garbage pickup ..gym pool etc....
The Park is not resident owned.
Only on outside perimeter..animal must Always be leashed and under 35 or 40 lbs..no barkers if left alone. Thats the rule plus pick up poop..
