Webb's RV saved the day for us. We had problems with our trailer hitch while in the middle of our Eastcoast rv road trip. Cash was kind enough to fit us in with only 3 days notice. Archie - the best mechanic - took care of the hitch problem as well as a couple of other things, we didn't even know were issues. Grateful to be alerted. All in a great place. Nice people and reasonable prices. We really appreciated the service.

Make sure to visit Webbs RV center for all your needs! We have been searching & shopping around for a toy hauler for a few months. One call to Webbs RV inquiring about one was all it took. The customer service received from Will has exceeded our expectations. He went above and beyond for us to find us a new Toy Hauler that had exactly what we wanted via phone as we live 8.5 hours away. Anytime we called him he answered right away and he stayed in touch with us through our whole transaction. Thank you Will! Carl was also outstanding and very knowledgeable. I am so happy we drove 8.5 hours to Webbs RV as they have made this process so seamless & fast so we could get back home. I wish we lived closer to stop back in & visit them. Truly a great team!

Once again we couldn't be happier with the service at Webbs, top notch. Our refrigerator was not working and we called Cash and he told us to bring it up, a 2 hour ride, and they would try to help. Chris, who has a very pleasant personality, was amazing at diagnosing the issue and after his diligent effort was successful in getting us back on the road and we will be camping in two days! The service department to begin with has some of the worst customer service, especially when it comes to talking on the telephone. Secondly every time we have ever gone in there for service it’s always hours late. This last service was for a refrigerator recall, brought it in a week early, they called me to get it out of their lot, and then called me the next day saying that they did not complete the work! The level of incompetency is getting out of hand! Due to the fact that it is the only RV dealership in the entire area, we have to use this place. As far as sales department I would give them a good review, they can sell you anything quite easily and quickly
