I was there over a year ago. And I don't know Y everyone has a problem with the staff . I never once had a bad experience with no one .matter of fact they were like family members and I miss lot of them but not going back .. All one has to do is treat them with respect and they will do the same.

Yes you can donate clothing items. There given out to anyone who request clean warm dry clothes. Even if you're not a resident of the shelter. All donations excepted. Thank you.
The hooe house is a shelter and eventually they will help u get in to an apartment. U can go to dhs for ebt card. And you can go to the dmv for a new id
Yes u can. And yes they offer lots of services. They can help u get Medicaid, case management etc

Hi Scott, The Hope House emergency Shelter has several dorm-style rooms with multiple beds in one room. Male and female clients sleep separate.... due to child molesters being allowed here.... no one under 18 is permitted
They will tell you they they cannot confirm or deny if they are there but you can leave a message in case they are. The staff is pretty good at relaying the message.
