Experiences are everything. After owning an travel trailer and knowing what to look for... we were completely amazed by the quality of not only the trailer but the team behind it. Mr. Ron delivered, not just a trailer, but an experience you knew was right. My family and I went here to view a trailer but left understanding we were more than just a sale and Ron delivered. Whatever you do ask for Ron and his team and if you're serious, bring bird food, I heard that's how you get the best discount! Update! Unlike a lot of places that just take your money and forget about you, not Ron.. No Sir! I had an issue with obtaining my griddle and told Ron, within hours he handled it and I got immediate service. Again when you buy something, your sales person should be on your team from the start and stick with you, that's service you can't find most days!! Old School Ron is number 1 in our book!

This dealership is amazing! We visited more than a few dealerships looking for the right option for us. We looked at class As, Cs and trailers but because of the right education offered by our outstanding salesman, Ron, we finally decided on a travel trailer. Ron was knowledgeable and friendly, it felt more like a good friend was looking out for us rather than a dealership salesman. I can’t say enough good things about him. From showing us our options to educating us as new campers, to taking time to speak with us on his day off of work, my wife, kids, and I all felt like we were in good honest hands. I found my own financing through my credit Union and the finance manager, Dan, was just as exceptional as Ron with working with me and my bank, taking time to deal with issues on his day off as well. Even the counter woman, and young man (I apologize for not having your names) that demo-ed the trailer for us were very friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend visiting RV One in Sarasota if you are in the market to buy an RV. We are from Miami, and finding good honest people to sell you something like this are like finding the pot of gold at the end of a rainbow, they don’t exists in my experience. The 3.5 hour drive for us was well worth the experience, not to mention the price was very fair and they also included the weight distribution hitch and install. Again, I can’t speak highly enough about this dealership and it’s employees. Thank you all at RV One Sarasota for the exceptional experience of purchasing our first camper
