Nathan and Angela do a great job with any type of meat you bring in for processing or cutting. I have brought my deer in for the last several years and have never been disappointed in what we get back. We always get our meat back with it exactly how it was ordered. Once a deer gets dropped off it is done and ready for pick up within the first month afterward - sometimes only a week or two. I will always bring our deer to Jenniges Meat Processing for them to work their magic. The Pepper Jack Sticks, Brats, and Ole's Summer Sausage are our favorites!
