I had an appt range from 7/20 0200 to 07/21 0200 I arrived at 0200 on 07/21. “Load isn’t ready go wait across the street” bathrooms here but do not have light or soap. Plenty of room though… I am writing this review at 1100 on 07/21 absolutely ridiculous. They will not give you an ETA. My dispatcher was told over an hour ago it would be ready in an hour and still nothing. I’ve called multiple times and while they are friendly i am still very much annoyed. Maybe if I start to make lunch they’ll call lol

It is a good company to grab a load at except the warehouse people raise the trailers all the way up and the drivers have to get the yard drivers to get them lowered wich takes away from you time and I'm not even gonna mention the restrooms in the driver staging area those are disgusting

The people here were awesome and very courteous. I dropped off my trailer to get loaded at 6:30 PM and it was loaded by 4:30 AM the next morning. By far the fastest I have ever been loaded at any JBS facility.

Arrived at shipper 5/10/22 @17:30. Check in at guard shack was pleasant. The young man was well mannered.They do on-site trailer washout. Got called @19:30 on 5/11/22 notifying me that my trailer was ready. My dispatch told me in advance that the load time is a minimum of 24 hours so I wasn’t upset about the wait. They do have parking and restrooms and will call you when your load is ready. Make sure you’re on their wake-up list. There’s a love’s 13 miles away in Dumas.

Just turn them loose in the parking lot driver!
