So I had an incident of discrimination at south bay galleria mall and i reported to the upper brass Pierre and CBRE properties Michael and not a much as a returned email or phone call. I had learned that after an officer Garcia attempted to block my cars in on the 4th level parking structure (WHICH IS CONSIDERED FALSE IMPRISONMENT) and against protocol and the law. This company felt the need to reward him with overtime "paid training". During this incident a fight was happening inside the male mind u Garcia had taken 2 other gaurds off post to HARRASED me for sitting in my cars taking a phone call prior to me going in for a snack and movie. Been coming here most my adult and youth life without a peep. This power trip guy represent the corp culture of this industry and company. Ill be reaching out to corporate with my video. If you have had encounter with these guys SUE ASAP and ask to see complaints on him

I worked at allied universal in the Gardena branch and they are one of the worst allied universal branch to work for they will fire you for no reason even if you where reporting to your supervisor a problem this branch is really horrible also HR does not do anything so if you apply here it is a waste of time they don’t treat you right at all also they don’t pay you your money sometimes I wouldn’t recommend no one to work with them I was a supervisor before so this branch I advise you not to go work here leave it to me I would give them a rating as 0 they don’t handle there business correctly 💯 just being honest. I wouldn’t recommend your manager to be Maritza if it is because she is unprofessional.

Every comment you see that is bad, is all true. Enrique Tizoc is the worst manager and should be investigated with all of his cemetery accounts. I was lied to countless times, he will tell you things just so you get off of his back about it, couldn’t get ahold of him majority of the time and when I did…he would say “we can talk later about it”, constantly understaffed, when he would send someone it would always be someone there for a paycheck and not work, SHADY AS CAN BE and there’s no such thing as communication. Allied will screw you on pay. I cannot tell you how many times I had to go over my paycheck with Enrique. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. I was warned beforehand and still decided to apply and now I see why this company is garbage. I was forced to quit because of Enrique. Loved my post but Enrique doesn’t know how to be a decent human being. For a multi billion dollar company, they sure do have the worst people managing their accounts.

This place is a complete Joke especially HR and account manager Enrique Tizoc. They will discriminate against you and when you speak up and try to fight back they will give you the run around and make you feel uncomfortable and target you so you can quit they don’t care about their employees at Allied universal should be ashamed!!!!!!! Steve Jones should be aware of how each branch is working to discriminate against their guards Steve Jones also needs to investigate Enrique Tizoc and all his cemetery accounts.
