Lol that's so typical for allied. I worked there for 6 yrs. They have the poor receptionist doing everything. Shes just 1 person. She issues uniforms. Tends to new hires and whatever else the upper management has her doing plus phones. Your best bet is to call early as soon as they open. Or get a direct line to whoever u need to speak to their cell phone number or u will not get a hold of anyone. Also email seems to work better then phone calls
Best best is to apply online if this your first time applying or if you have a manager get their number and call them directly
