We had furniture delivered from Aurora to Rapid City. After adding the 10% delivery charge thr price was still $600 less than buying the same pieces from a store in Rapid. The delivery was only 2 weeks out, the store was beautiful, our sales person very helpful throughout, delivery communication was seamless. The 2 young men that delivered furniture were very polite and professional. Our furniture arrived as planned in perfect condition. We are very happy with this entire process. Thank you!

We live on a military base; we know deliveries can be difficult and were on standby to basically finish the delivery ourselves and meet drivers at the gate. The drivers never called, or if they did, they committed human error and dialed the wrong number but now we're being punished. We called the office for an update only to find out the truck had returned to the warehouse hours earlier. No couch, no refund on delivery fee, now have to pay a new delivery fee, and take off of work to reschedule a new delivery. No one was going to call us or try to actually take care of the customers. What a joke. Update: after an hour and a half of back and forth, being hung up on, etc. with several customer service representatives, one was extremely kind to us and actually tried to help. We were able to get half of one delivery fee refunded. We are thankful for her, but in general, we will not work with this company again. Fingers crossed with get our couch on the next try. Final update: we did get our couch and it's great. The delivery drivers were wonderful. Our issue was with the first delivery attempt not being handled properly and then the first customer service representative saying we were lying, they couldn't help up, and then hanging up on us.

I went to different furniture stores, so far American furniture has decent items with nice prices. I kea was the worst; more items were cheaply made.

Mask use is required, sanitizer at the door and throughout the store, frequent cleaning of high touch surfaces and massage chairs, 6 for separation markings at registers, plexi dividers and physical separation at the checkouts.

It depends if the furniture is still in stock oh it is discontinued, it is best to talk to customer service and ask for the replacement and if they do not have it, they offer alternatives
I believe there policy is to repair or replace a chair that you bought from them with a warranty. I dont believe that they will fix someone else's chair. Your best bet tho is to google the nearest store to your location and give them a call, that way you can know for sure directly from them.
