Do not go to this vet for any travel related services. This was a nightmare. While the doctor and office staff are very nice they have no idea how to do travel paperwork or appointments despite advertising. They had no idea what the requirements were to travel. We had to look up each one and remind them. We tried to make an appointment within 10 days of travel and they insisted it was 60. Then once they had our dogs they called and said we were right it was 10. They did nothing to help fix this mistake on their end and accused us of “not picking up” even though obviously you can tell by this review I was panicking and calling them over and over to try to get seen on time. DO NOT USE THEM FOR TRAVEL.

Great professional care, honest, straightforward and reasonable! We had to take our 17 year old Bichon in for a rapid down turn in her health condition. They did a thorough exam and didn't try to gouge us with extraordinary add-ons. They did the excellent exam and gave us the best remedy to help cure the dog's ailments. They called daily to check on our dog's status. After several days, her condition worsened so we took her in to get the best assessment. Dr White was phenomenal and compassionate in all respects. She was very thorough and provided us with all of the options. Taking everything into consideration, we decided it was time and put our dog to sleep. During this sad time, all of the staff couldn't have been more understanding, compassionate and sincere. Hancock Park Veterinary Clinic is definitely a first class operation!

I can always depend on the staff to be compassionate,concerned and just always add an extra dash of Love, The Doctors are so concerned about not overcharging you and will definitely share if a test isn't needed. I recently went through a traumatic experience thinking that I would lose my beloved Pet to diabetes and HGE.Today, my Pet is back home and happy! Thanks to Hancock Veterinary Clinic!
