Poor scheduling, when 5 people are scheduled at the "same" time on the same day, for the same doctor and are all waiting in the same waiting room they will talk and complain. One walked out. Others complained about the same doctor and it makes patients seek better service and doctors .

Updated -- The Center For Sight reached out to me and the issue has been resolved. They apologized for the response to the issue and the error in communication. Thank you to Center for Sight for your assistance! I visited the Center For Sight in March. It was an emergency visit due to Iritis, at check in the staff assured me that the visit would be coded as an emergency visit - due to my out of state HMO. The check in staff and doctor were very nice and helpful -- the iritis cleared up after treatment. However, the two star review is because the visit was coded as a regular office visit -- so not covered by my insurance. I have called on 4/18, 5/13, 5/23 and 5/24 to resolve this issue. Finally, on 6/8 - I was told that the code review was completed and was sent to my insurance. I checked this week with my insurance and nothing has been received after 3 weeks. Great doctors and check in staff -- horrible billing follow up. So long story short -- I am on the hook for 2 visits for over $400. If you are local and covered a great place to go. If you are on vacation or have an out state HMO -- not so much....
