I'm just genuinely curious as to why you guys print the date on your prescriptions that the prescription was sent in and not the date that the prescription was filled? If I'm being honest it's very misleading because all people are going to assume that the date on the bottle is the date that it was filled. For example, if a doctor sends in a prescription on January 2nd and it is picked up on January 14th, the prescription bottle will display January 2nd. Why is this? It's in my opinion that the date on the bottle should be the date the prescription was picked up. This is something that can and will very easily throw innocent people off who are trying to manage their medications properly.

Drive Thru wait time was 45 mins,after arriving shortly from a major surgery. Pulled up to be told prescriptions would not be ready for 15 minutes; my sister and I came back , because we were not able to transfer them at this point. Witnessed several cars back out and give up waiting due to the delays. This is extremely unfair and insulting ,especially to folks whom rely on medications to survive their chronic illnesses. The employee at the window is the ONLY reason I am leaving two stars instead of one. I cannot recall her name,but she was friendly and kept smiling despite the hardships that may have been suffered. Something needs to change and quickly. :)
