I'm not sure about the quality of care at this facility as I wasn't able to get off of hold after over an hour of waiting. I had a friend call on another number to try to figure out where I was in the queue and all they were able to tell me was that there were people on the phones waiting 3-5 hours. That's just crazy and unacceptable for a business. Not to mention the receptionist was rude to my friend when they called. Totally unprofessional. I know what it's like to be short staffed, but there is no excuse for a wait time of 3-5 hours to answer a phone call.

My family and i have be going there since the mid 70's and always had good service. But these past 5 yrs. Their service has started too deteriorate. Even for a simple Vaccination these last 3 yrs... I been pasted up ,even after being the second or third there. Last year i waited over an hour , because they couldn't find my Dog's file. They spelled my last name wrong. Last week, i was the second person too drop my Vaccination card in and they serviced 6 people that came after me first. Waited 43 minutes ....

I took my dog there for a second opinion. They are very kind and good with their patients. Unfortunately they confirmed my worst fear. I needed to put my baby down Oreo. They were so supportive and explained things so thoroughly that they made me see that she was suffering and it was time to let go.

So convenient! Was recommended to come here for their walk-in vaccine clinic, which is every Tuesday and Thursday, all day. Super affordable and took less than a half hour for my two dogs. Just parked out front, filled out the little slips, waited outside and they called my cellphone within 2 minutes to check us in. A nurse came out and walked my dogs in one at a time for their shots and we were headed home within a half hour.
