Did not even have a chance to eat, the hostess said there were no tables available. So we decided to sit at the teeny bar area. The group right behind us were seated immediately! Before they sat down we questioned the hostess, she said she didn’t know there was a table available. That’s her job! The manager asked what was going on, we explained, she didn’t rectify the situation either. Since they couldn’t care less about customer service, we just had to leave. We so offended by their nonchalant attitude. Sooo disappointed!

*****Bad Food. Bad Service. Bad Price!***** While vacationing at Boca Grande, we had dinner for the first time at Sister’s on 8/11. Our server’s name was “Mickey.” We order lasagna. We were ok with the $5 split fee charge on top of the $18 lasagna-only price. We were also ok with a $3.50 upcharge for a house salad to share. We are NOT OK with what happened next: When Mickey delivered the salad, she said she had made a mistake and should have charged us a separate $5 split fee for the $3.50 salad. Really?? She then pointed out that we each got a slice of tomato and a slice of cucumber with the iceberg lettuce. Were we supposed to feel thankful? Can buy better ranch dressing at a store than what was served. No pepper or parmesan cheese at the table? And, this is supposed to be an Italian restaurant? Really? The lasagna, even split for two, was nice sized, smelled yummy, and looked great. That's where it ends. Lasagna tasted as though a box of Morton salt had been added. I ate just four bites before I pushed the plate away. My partner, the same. Flagged down Mickey and explained the saltiness. Her response: “Sorry about that.” Then asked if we wanted take home containers. Are you kidding? Good Grief Folks!! I like, LOVE lasagna, but this mess was inedible. Stay away from this place.

Server was very attentive. 5/5. The Cesar salad was ok. The dressing was way too sweet. I couldn’t finish it. The pan pizza was decent. A little crispy and not burnt but close. Overall it was ok. I would return but I’ll skip the Cesar salad.
