After repairing what was the third leak over several years we decided to repipe the whole house which is definitely a major ordeal. Black Mountain was awesome. During a super stressful time. Took them barely a week, they were very meticulous about cleaning up and making sure my things were protected and not damaged. They were great about communicating everything they were doing and being super professional. Highly recommended

I highly recommend Black Mountain Plumbing!!! I was so relieved that Scott (the owner) came out & with his experience & knowledge he determined what needed to be done with this challenging situation. It gave me confidence that I had chosen the right company for this job. I had a hot water line pipe leaking under my slab foundation near the kitchen sink. This required locating where the pipe was leaking, how & where to cut & cap that pipe & then re-route a new pipe from the water heater in the garage though walls & cabinets. Then reconfigure new pipe manifolds along a new hot line path from water heater to the final pipe manifold under the sink. I was amazed at the professionalism & quality workmanship that Scott & his crew (Carlos & Joel) were able to accomplish. I will definitely be calling this company for any future plumbing services!!!

We have used Black Mountain for several years. They are very professional in terms of scheduling, consistency, quality and sending out plumbers who know the work involved. Solomon is our go-to plumber for anything involved with tankless hot water heater issues. He’s excellent at troubleshooting, flexible, and knows when to suggest that an old water heater isn’t worth fixing. We have purchased tankless water heaters on Amazon and had Solomon do the installation. No one at Black Mountain ever pushes us to buy something we don’t need just to increase their profit margin. They are reasonable in pricing and unlike most plumbers, we never feel taken advantage of.
