LOVE UNITY OF NEW YORK. Sending High BLESSINGS to all.
Dale Whitehurst
I like coming to Unity of New York because It feels like I belong. The people are very friendly, even if you do not know anyone. The Speakers are very good. The singing is wonderful. I have something to look forward to on Sunday's.

The New Age principals of positivity and humanitarianism, a belief in God Within each human being and interpretation of Biblical stories in that light opens the door to personal growth and works well with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. The music is uplifting and the people are a welcoming mix of black and white, gay and straight, young and old, with plenty of theater artists. The Sunday school is starting up again and has had a positive impact on my grandchildren. There are a variety of speakers so come a few times for the variety if you are visiting for the first time. I have grown tremendously in the years that I have spent there, evolving through divorce, illness, and a troubled past into love of myself and gratitude for my blessings while pursuing my work in the arts and family and social responsibilities. Spiritual and contemporary and uplifting!

Unuty of NY is a community of like-minded individuals coming together spiritually every week. Perhaps at Sunday service, (on Facebook) or one the weekly classes or even the Wednesday CommUnity gathering on Zoom. All-in-all Unity overs solidarity, solace, and spiritual enlightenment. The collegium no matter when you/I arrive always seems to be talking directly to you/me. Our regular speakers each month are Rev. Carlos W. Andersson, Rev. Shawn Moniger and Spiritual Director, Rev. Britt Hall, with special guests on the 4th Sunday. The staff is phenomenal, including singer-song writer, Zoe Lyons-Nieves and the Staff creative & performer, Leo Denault. We used to be on Broadway (at Symphony Space), and the professionalism of the performers has not waned, nor the caring of our Prayer Chaplain team. I, for one, am thankful for Unity of New York, still going strong, even on Zoom and Facebook.

At this time our Children's program is on hold indefinitely. We are looking for a Youth Director, as we lost ours about two weeks ago. But please join us, the music will keep your child very engaged!
