There is no cruise line shuttles despite what is advertised. Nor do they answer the phones to confirm that fact. so dozens of families waited for hours for shuttles that never arrived. Nor will they shuttle those returning cars to their cruise (as they advertise) so families return their car to find out they are stranded and need to get another Uber. After ubering there from the cruise line, they don't have any hertz gold services. Nor have the cars that were reserved and prepaid. The topper is no toilet paper/paper towels in the bathroom for those waiting well over an hour to be helped. Hard to imagine a worse run place.

Reserved a pick up truck online. Had to take a taxi from airport because this was the only location with pick up trucks. Get there and they have me a van because they didn’t even have a SUV available. I feel I wasn’t treated fair. What’s the point of making a reservation? Google says they close at 5pm. They won’t pick up the phone at 4pm. The guy at the counter who I dealt with was profesional and courteous.

Booked a car in the morning. (Got confirmation) Took an Uber down in the afternoon to pick it up. When I got there, they didn’t have a car for me. No explanation. No apologies. Now I’m stranded in Miami with hotel bookings way north in Florida. Don’t go here if you actually need a car, as bookings and confirmations are worthless.

Just finished a 1 week rental with these guys and all I can say is WOW! I’m really not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from. I had the most pleasant experience and was treated with respect. The manager is a funny dude and genuinely cared that I was happy. I am a Hertz Presidents Circle member and have rented from many locations. These guys are great! Thank you

Yes it is !!!!!!!
1. Yes you can drop a Hertz rental in that location. 2. Yes they have a complementary shuttle to and from the Miami Cruise Port 3. Yes you can rent a vehicle from there. Make sure to have a reservation before hand.
Yes... They run the shuttle bus continually
If the price is very cheap
They have a specific area where they park to pick up at the port. Also the van is well marked as Hertz Rental.
Sure. Just take the shuttle to the hertz parking and then take the shuttle back to the airport. I dont work there but rent all the time there.
There is no car rental at the Miami Port. However there is a free shuttle van that will take you to the Hertz office just outside the port.
It's not that close, and the transfer costs.
Yes absolutely they are open. The main door of their office doesn't see easily but it is right beside the parking entrance.
No because of the limit in employees and the time it takes to get there they did not want run the risk of people running late missing there flight. I took a lift from the airport to there for under 20 bucks plus a 5% tip.
I have no idea, I would call them
How weird, where are you saying buss?
Look I did the opposite, take a taxi from the port to Hertz I do not remember the price but it is a short distance I would tell you less than 4km, I do not know if they have transfer service.
No, but what questions do you have?
But allow extra time as they get really busy when there are many ships in port.
Yes
Yes. Make sure you have a printed copy of your rental agreement or on your phone. The drivers check to make sure you do or did have a reservation. And I always tip a dollar or 2 per bag, but it's optional.
yes but you also have the free people mover
As soon as you get off board walk along the safety ale where cabs and others alike park. Keep you eyes wide open and you will see one of theirs vans. They do not have a dedicated space. PS. If you miss it do not go too far turn around and go back :-)
You have Free km during your contract.
Hello, on the receipt says every discount for what reason it is .. maybe gasoline?
You can pick up the car at the airport. The return can be done at an office that is near the port but not exactly at the port. If you return it at the office, from there, a combi takes you for free
No clue. Better call them and confirm.
Yes
Yes, they do! but be prepared: there is no organization whatsoever and you may find yourself struggling with other families to get into their vans while thousand other passengers disembark the cruise ships.
I do not know why l do not need it
Hi Monica, I recommend you visit the page of any car rental company. There you put the dates, from where you lonsacas and where you return it and it will give you the value of the rent. From Hertz, Alamo or other companies may respond to you.
Ask why it sometimes causes an additional charge
They picked us up at the cruise port, so they should drop you off there. 229 southeast 2nd street Miami Florida 33131
If it is not in the beginning it is an extra charge
It depends on how late you arrive, maybe wait until they have a vehicle or readjust
Well, I think it's best if you take a Lyft or an Uber
Yes
You can.
I think there is something for the transfer. Also gengo to find out
It was difficult for me to rent online. I had to go to the agency and there they offered me a promotion
