**DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!** If I could give this company zero stars, I would. My friend girls and I booked with them when we took a birthday trip. Our reservation was for 8:00 PM. Our flight ended up being slightly delayed (less than one hour). So we ended up arriving in Miami at about 8:30 PM or so. This company is an off-site rental company. Therefore, we waited until after 10:00 PM for a shuttle THAT NEVER CAME!! We called their office over 10 times with no response!! So we ended up having to get a rental from an on-site rental company at the airport. This company is now refusing to provide a refund. So we ended up paying for a rental that we never got to utilize. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE & JUST RENT FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY AT THEIR AIRPORT.

Best car rental experience for the past 10 years. 1) there was no waiting line unlike all other companies (even in the same building). I mean absolutely zero waiting time. 2) Great value, I paid $20/day for a full size sedan. 3) No pushing when declining their insurance (I had my own). 4) received clean car within minutes. 5) returned car within minutes. Highly recommend!

WOULD GIVE THEM LESS THAN ONE STAR IF I COULD!! Let me say that my rental experience from ez car rental was the farthest thing from “easy” that I could imagine. I booked my rental for a week and they call me 3 days Into my rental saying that it was only booked for 2 days knowing that I booked it for 6 days. So imagine being 3 days Into vacation and being called and told you had to retune your car 3 hours away or be charged an extra 3 HUNDRED DOLLARS for a car you originally booked for 6 full walls. When I called to speak to someone they told me “there was nothing they could do to help” besides charge me 300 more dollars for 3 days, that there was no manager to speak to, and they had no way to speak to the airport agency I rented from in the first place. They had the most unprofessional, unhelpful rental agents. I thought it would be easy and seamless to rent a car for 6 days for a family for vacation and it turned into a nightmare thanks to this rental company. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT, rent from them. They are a scam and they offer the most unprofessional unhelpful customer service there is to offer. Will never rent from them again and would not recommend anyone renting from them ever.

My experience was wonderful. All of the staff were great and provided me with a quick experience from retrieving the vehicle and during the drop-off. It was clear to me the pricing for the toll tag. The only thing not mentioned was information about bringing the car back with the same gas in it, but this isn’t my first rental so I put it back where it was. I definitely plan on using the services more whoever I’m in a city in which they are located. Cars were very affordable - I was able to get an SUV during Memorial Day Weekend for only $56, a car at Enterprise was the same cost but they were fully booked.
