Loved the staff! It was very clean! I would definitely stay here again! The manager Denise and the other ladies at the front desk were so sweet, kind and very helpful. Thank you to everyone there. Awesome hotel!!!

So I expected a clean hotel this place is not up to standard. The first room they had me in had clogged toilet, i walked in and b walked right out. They then transferred me to another room on the third floor. I like to take the stairs for exercise. Looked like the floors had never been vacuumed. Spider and in the corners with dead Flys in them! (See the pictures. Who ever painted for them didn't even bother cleaning up after them selfs. Got into the room and it was filthy. Shower head moved thought it was going to fall on me. Shower doors didn't shut. No hot water. When i set my soap on the shelf it cleaned it , that's how dirty it was. Title was super dirty. The grout was different colors. Chair had crumbs all n over it. Same type money and go to the red roof in across the street!

Hotel directly across from Tanger outlet mall. Hampton service as we know it and love it. When we travel I don't want to worry about my hotel room. I just want to Check in and go to sleep. Like other reviews there was a couple cleanliness issues and honestly it could use an update(refresh). But still nice.

2.5 stars…. I almost feel bad leaving a negative review… The staff was very kind, the area felt very safe, the building is new and modern and the public areas were clean. That said, upon entering our room there was still trash in the garbage can and used items on the shower shelf. Gross. I understand it is hard to get quality help these days so I’d be forgiving and give them another chance in the future because of the aforementioned pros; I sincerely hope they can get their housekeeping issues fixed asap!
