Yes they are. Masks are required. There is also a limit on how many people are allowed in store. So please be prepared to wait in line at some stores. Please be aware that some stores do not open at the times listed on google. Check the website for store times.

I'm Big and Tall, you will have to check the stores there because some of the clothes run a little big depending on the retailer there..

I believe so but with some stores they don't open till 11am and some stores you HAVE to wear a mask in order to enter it. But from what I seen last week and this week all stores have reopened but with a time restriction. Hope that helps!
