We have a nightmare in this location. We were treated really bad by I think was the manager. He was responding my questions in a rudely manors almost like he is making fun of me. He also had a verbal fight with my husband for that reason and ended telling me that he is not renting us the car. Me and my husband feel discriminated by this person.

I wish I could give it 0 stars, I kept calling to rent a car and they “answer” but just leave the phone un-hung so it doesn’t bother them and just stay quiet. It is a joke… somebody else will be more enthused to take my money. These people should be fired.

Yes, you can rent a car with a debit card but you need to have a utility bill under your name and yoir driver's license They will also hold $200.00 plus X amount of money representing the cost of the rental.
Call ahead to confirm if they can pick you up, if they're busy it won't happen as in my case.
