Visited today looking for short term storage for some items. Was given very professional service by Hailee. She gave me a tour of the available spaces and thoroughly answered all questions. Facilities appeared to be in good condition with working gates and elevators.

Hailee is an excellent employee. I asked her to help me switch a unit and se was very nice to do so. At the moment there was multiple people coming in and the phone was ringing, she stayed calm and positive. She was quick to help everyone with their needs.
