Nahuén has a market/sit down bakery with a selection of products from Argentina, Brazil, and Uruguay. The prices are not great but the selection is. They make their own pastries, facturas, chorizos, miga sándwich, etc. If you want to get meats for an ‘asado’ then this is the place. They also have some Italian products.

Each table should have a call button like in Brazil so customers can simply come in and sit down instead of waiting in line. They are losing potential sales because, since lines are usually long, customers are reluctant to order more items after they sit down. For instance, I saw a bottle of wine that I wanted to buy after I sat down. I decided not to buy it because I was going to have to stand in line again. If I had a call button, I would pay for it right from the table. Also, it’s a huge inconvenience to sit down only to have your name yelled across the room to get up again and go grab your order. I’m happy to assist with ideas to improve service and profitability. The food and atmosphere are excellent.
