I doubt it, the customer service is excellent, I go to this place weekly, they have always at least three employees and always ask you if there is someone already helping you. I have asked many questions since there are many items in the menu I don't know about, and they always answer in a polite way.
Uhm!!! Circumstances can change... People can change your impressions about the place. My humble opinion... the place is good, good food. The place has some personnel rotation, especially waiters... that could create some difficulties to keep the standards regarding customer services.
Maybe it was a dumb question. We're you a customer at the time? Was the question relevant to thier business? If it was simple, did you try a Google search?
