I have an order to pickup here in this store. I came at 6:45pm because in google and in the order details said the store closed at 8pm. When I arrived I found a guy with Verizon shirt leaving the store and I ask to him why the store is closed if online said another time?. And he said because they decide to close at 6pm and that for them the online store time don't count. What??? How it is possible?? 🤬🤬 I have been outside of the store calling to Verizon to see I can pick up my order in another serious store and over the 15 minutes a was in my call more than 12 people come to the store. Really bad Reputation for Verizon in this store. I DONT RECOMMEND THE STORE. 👎👎👎👎

The service offered by Ms. Adriana in the Doral store was excellent. I went because of a problem with my phone and ended up buying two new ones for my company. Ms Adriana is tech savvy and very professional. It is not common to find this type of service and I believe that Ms. Adriana achieves this goal for Verizon and her clients.

On Oct.19, 2021, Miles Thomas opened my business account offered a promotional credit of $150. As an incentive which was never given as of this date Feb.19, 2022.My customer account was transferred to the business account which I have been loyal customer, since 1994. Also, four additional lines were added which I only agreed too two. I have been charged for new equipment which I returned a Iphone . Samsung Galaxy A12 was received it exploded on me haven't been replaced .Now, I am receiving a $669. Bill found out the customer account wasn't closed. My service is suspended .

I never will come to the store again. This is the worst store and bad attention. Manager is very unprofessional without wearing his verizon shirt. He made me come to store like three times always providing me excuses of my issues. Manager does not know how to train his people, and he should provide them better training. They tell you we will give you this and that, when you come the next day or the same they tell you ups so sorry that was wrong. This place is a complete joke and what ever you tell them or ask them, they are always treating you in a very offensive way. Not body knows what they are doing, and when issues appear they really do not know how to get it fix. VERIZON please retrain the people here because they don't have a clue what they supposed to do. Thanks. Remember about something important business is about quality and good customer service.
