Attempted to upgrade my phone. Oscar the rep on duty gather my information and then expressed I did not qualify. When I explained that I spoke to a rep on the phone he said he couldn’t do anything for me because att stated I did not qualify. When I asked how much I would need to pay to qualify he stated 224.00. I asked if that could be added with my upgraded phone and financed he stated no. Once I left he locked the door and walked to the back. The store still had another hour left before it closed. Once I called att customer service, they were able to resolve the issue with no problem all I had to pay was my current bill.

The staff here seem to not be trained properly and have attitude when called out on it. I arrived with my own iPhone to add a no-contract line on my account. The representative added the line and the internet nor the iMessage was working. When I asked her several things she just told me to wait 24 hours for the internet and iMessage to work. I ended up having to go to another store the following day and was advised that the IMEI of the device was not registered. This inconvenience was not needed at all if they could have just done their job correctly and/or been thorough. If you can avoid coming here, please do.
