My first time at this dealership to service my 2018 Murano. They took me right away without needing to make an appointment. The service advisor was very nice and professional we mutually agreed on what I needed and the service was completed within 2hrs as promised. They did forget to fill up the washer fluid which I reminded the advisor several times. It’s a small thing, but I the “devil is in the details” I had to drop by Publix buy the washer fluid and do it myself. I would have rated my experience a 5 if this had been done. I would go back to this dealership. Thank you!

Bad business practices!!! So I called this dealership about my car having a particular issue. The issue was explained in detail, my car is a push start and there is a disconnect between the brake and the push start. I was told it must be the battery. I was able to finally get the car to start and take it to the shop the next day. I explained to two individuals they both stated it must be the battery. I am no expert so I took there advice and paid over $300 for this to be resolved. At first it appeared to work, the very next morning the car wouldn’t start. They called me to follow up with the service and I explained again the issue was not resolved. That is when they explained it could be a wiring connection issue and that would cost me another $300 dollars That was extremely disappointing to hear that and feeling of being ripped off. I don’t recommend this location for bad business practices

They are running very low on inventory because of the covid-19 pandemic, the delivery of vehicles has been stopped
Depending on how long you have some boots like the tail above the trunk you should come to check prices
They treat you with respect until your car loses the warranty, after that they disguise themselves as thieves and if you are not clear there is no one who will cure you of the bite. Personal experience..
