These people raise their rates almost every other month. Their prices are good to lure you in, but then they raise them to a ridiculous amount because they know you do not want to have to move all of the items you have in storage. I would not rent a storage unit from these people unless it was short term and they gave you a guaranteed rate for that time period. They raised mine over 120% after I rented the unit. BEWARE!

The physical location and unit is great. However, the tactics used by the answering service were very deceptive. They did not disclose that insurance was required (or that there is a extra one time admin fee) and made it seems like the price offered over the phone would be the total.

Climate control means that we use reasonable efforts to maintain a temperature in the building where the Cube is located of between 55- and 80-degrees Fahrenheit. This type of environment is ideal for storing furniture, metal, fabric, and other items
