There is free on street parking along Main Street and plenty of free parking at the Purnell Place lot with easy access to the rear entrance of the Manchester Mall and other nearby businesses.
My gen experience is that the mall it self opens at 10:30 but each vendor there are there own entity. And can open when they choose , most are opened around 11am Also if your looking st the store on tge right hand side the open sign that's lit dose not mean the mall it his store his only , and he tends to leave it on
