What can I say about this magical place? I've lived here about 5 months now and this place has been so good to me. I was shown expert care from start to finish regarding the layout and decision making process on choosing the right unit for yourself. This place has so many layouts and there is one for literally everyone. I am a single male living in a single bedroom loft 1300 Sq. It over looks the beautiful pool and courtyard. I owned a dog when I first arrived that unfortunately I had to put down, but all I can say is for a dog lover, this place is a Haven! The landscaping is so well kept you can tell whatever companies they are using take the ultimate pride. They make it effortless to walk your dog in such a beautiful setting, with dog poop bags and garbage every 100 some odd feet. There is a beautiful trail to walk that you can have a scenic route, bike ride, or even roller skate. For anyone who loves animals or even just the outdoors this place is great. This beautiful historic site has such grandeur and makes you feel so safe it feels like a modern day Hogwarts (for all my Harry Potter fans!) I recently was hospitalized and ended up needing a new heart, as a new transplant patient I need to be in clean, sterile environment. They are constantly updating this place, with most recent carpet removal and replaced making the place cleaner, fresher smelling, and super welcoming to come home to. I can not wait to get home to my loft apartment and continue my life. I miss it so much and the place truly feels like a little resort. There's beautiful families living in the building and you can watch kids grow up in a safe place and makes you feel at home. For ANYONE who needed that good review to give them the push for this place, hoping this is it. I did ALOT of research (over 30 tours) before deciding where to stay. I'm glad I took the time and due diligence as I imagine you reading this are too! With thorough and careful planning I couldn't have chosen a better place in the greater Hartford area of Connecticut to reside. Best of luck to you all shoppers! #potentialneighbor Ciao-

Do yourself a favor and do not move here. The units are so out dated and expensive. Then when you have to heat or cool the unit be ready for that hefty bill. Also if you put a “ticket” in for maintenance be prepared for them to not follow up with you and for you to have to call them over and over until something is done, we got a call back a few months ago after putting the request in back in September… so 8 months later they followed up with us. The walls are so thin that you feel as you are in the same room as your neighbors. The only benefit of the property is the office manager Maria, she was nothing but understanding and reasonable. I wish I could say the same about the other staff they were either dismissive or just flat out rude. Take the negative reviews very seriously before you lock yourself into an agreement. If I could put negative stars I would.
