Hello, Please do not use this service. they charge $99 for a diagnostic fee on the first visit but the tech did not even open the fridge, he said he knew it needed a new evaporator fan and there where no 3rd party options just the manufacturer. since the part was on backorder I decided to look at it myself. there was ice buildup on the fan, once cleared it worked fine. they charged $514 for the visit and parts, I looked it up, a new motor for that fan is $30 dollars in amazon. I cancelled the visit and had to fight them to get them to recognize that they had to refund the diagnostic fee as well. While waiting on my refund the part showed up so ask them how to return it. I have to wait for them to pick it up and receive it in Illinois and they are holding my refund hostage until they get it back even though I cancelled 1 week before it was delivered. they have lied several times and they even lie about their location in google maps, I can't really find any actual offices in Tampa. I'm disputing the charge with my bank and waiting for them to take back their overprices unnecessary part. don't get scammed.

Service guy was fine, said he would order a part 3 weeks ago, have not heard any updates. When called for update was given different phone number to call, was on eternal hold, then tried calling phone number in email received for review, it would ring 4 times then kept disconnecting. Very upset with customer service contact, just need update on part needed or someone to come back out and reassess the issue.

After working on my dryer for 20+ hrs over several days, I finally came to the realization that I am just not smart enough! I scheduled an appointment with Sears and within 15 minutes after the techs arrival, my dryer was working beautifully! Come to find out, I was soooo close to actually fixing it myself...I just didn't see a "hidden" part that was the problem! Anyways, the tech called on his way to the house, was super professional, and got my dryer up and running for a decent price.
