Very expensive, cost me $35.55 to park for 8.5hrs and by the time I walked from a parking spot to my boat at the ramp and paid for parking on my phone I was issued a citation. They sat and watched me park and as I was walking away on my phone to pay they immediately ran my tag and cited me. Scumbags here. Welcome to Hollyhood.

Very beautiful many docks and ramps to lower your boat and take it out kept very clean and neat bathroom facilities provided also places you can pay to keep your boat and where you could get in the water and use the ramp for free for the day beautiful Bay great neighborhood right across the street on Ocean and A1A the broadwalk full up restaurants and Shop you can walk to

Kayak yes, I think you are fine. Regarding time, it seems some places say 11pm, others say 9pm. It isn't posted anywhere I've seen, and I've never seen it locked up.
Used to be water to rinse your boat off , but it is no longer available after they renovated the boat ramp.
I don't think you can, max parking is till midnight...
15 street boat ramps open 24 hours I don't know of any others
