The best park for barbecues and parties. They also have a water park for children and all the amenities for relaxing in the park. You can book a barbecue place

Beautiful park! My daughter loves the kids playground. it’s pretty big in size and they also have a nice water park that we had my daughters birthday park at. and the guest loved it so much they booked their kids parties there. the only thing i didn’t like is they are very strict on collecting park entry even 20 minutes before they close granted it’s 1.50 per person but still the property taxes fund the operations of the park. i found that odd because we visit other county run parks and usually before they close it’s no charge but TY is still collecting entry

This is an overall park rating. 1. The park itself is nice, with many scenic areas and several trails, the paths wind around the park nicely. 2. The playground is clean and nicely shades for kids however all benches are directly in sun. 3. The Safety Town area needs repairs but is a nice pretend play area for the kids. 4. The exercise area is a plus and well shaded. 5. Castaway Island is the highlight of the park -the prices are fair, the waterpark is clean and well supervised, i felt safe being there alone with 2 kids. I was surprised that they didn't offer to sell towels on site - would be a great revenue generating source that could double as memorabilia for visits. 6. RV campground - the spaces are pull through, no proper shade nor privacy (there is a trail around the lake where passerbys can just freely peer into your camper) and the train tracks directly behind the rv site area is a nuisance especially at night when trying to sleep. There are 5g towers all over the park which I'm not a personal fan of. The laundry facility is in need of some TLC. What i did appreciate and love that seems to be unique to this particular campground are the trash and recycling cans at every other site and that they practically cleaned them out every other day! I wouldn't stay here again as an RVer but would definitely come back for the Castaway Island Waterpark. ** my son scraped his knee while at park, i was able to use some of the beautiful Bidens alba (spanish needles) that are all over to stop his bleeding- the plant has natural styptic and antibacterial/fungal properties.

Great park with a good walking trails. Parking great and there are lots of picnic tables and pavilions to eat or hang out at. The park is never too crowded and the people are pretty friendly. There is a good amount of ducks and squirrels at the park, but none are too annoying. Overall TY park is an excellent park.

Thank you for your interest in TY Park! We do not allow tent camping at TY Park. Broward County has three other campgrounds, Markham Park, Easterlin Park, and Quiet Waters Park, that allow tent camping.
It was last Sunday and we had a lovely afternoon. We walked through all the parts that are allowed and it was fantastic very familiar. We cook BBQ and it's a shame that the park Water is closed. I saw the people with masks And trying to keep distances with others. Honestly very nice and the guys who Vi were delighted. I really know I recommend.. We had a great time they close at 5 pm

If you're a vendor that sets up events for ponies and petting zoo you have to contact Ty Park to see if you can make arrangements
They need to change their phone message to say if they are currently closed! We came from N Fl and can't get any info and no one answers phones. This place has poor customer communication
Call the front office they should have a full breakdown for you or you can go online to Ty Park and there should be information there also for you
Not usually. During the summer they are open everyday, the rest of the year they open most weekends that I know of.
Why was there not anyone in there both at the ty park , really 🤔 🙄

Hello. Yes, plenty of open field, but not sure what is the process to set up with a DJ. I recommend calling the office for those specific details.
Not sure if is allowed but there is plenty of space to do it, just don't camp near the lake, there is warning signs for alligators, snakes and other wild creatures.
1.5 dollars per person Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. From Monday to Friday you don't have to pay.
I'm not sure, about that one. Good question. Your best bet, would be to call the City. Of Hollywood. They will let you know, what you can do, with your Christmas tree. Happy holidays. And a Happy New Year. I hope I was helpful. If you enjoyed this review. Please give me a thumbs up, by pressing the like button.
It could be pretty expensive. Somewhere in the area of 30 or $40 a night. But it's well worth it. There's so much to do and so much to see. It's an amazing park. With a lot of history behind it. The Native American Indians. Lived there.
I've never heard of it being a good fishing spot had a couple of friends fish there a few times with no results
Yes you may

I believe state parks have a 6 month maximum stay. I guess you have to move to another park for the other 6 months. But best bet is to call them, rules are subject to change at any time. Enjoy your stay.
The park is free during the week and $1.50 on weekends.

Discreetly if you can take your cava with your beers.
I would contact broward.org/parks about the pool. I know there is a water park, close to the RV area, but can't give a definite answer about the pool.
http://www.broward.org/parks/Pages/default.aspx Lots of info about the park at this web site.
No
$1.50 per person on weekends and holidays, free during the week. I have been going here several timrs a week for years.
Don't know. Recommend to call Park.
No...open only at the weekend.
International language questions only please
They have pavilions for rent, if you are planning on renting 1 you should do it with as much time ahead as they get rented fast. As far as a roof goes, only pavilions have that perk. Other than that it's just like any other park lots of trees, open spaces, you can get there early and find a suitable location as there are benches but would also suggest taking your own tables and chairs to make it easier for guests. If you want more suggestions let me know as I've done several birthday parties for my kids there in the past and honestly the pavilion is the way to go just because it's an easier setup but if you can't rent then find a good spot. Lastly there's an office when you go into park to the left you can't miss it and there you can inquire about prices and reservations
Free to enter park. Here is a link to the water park. http://www.broward.org/parks/Pages/Park.aspx?=37
Sorry, I don't remember my French. My suggestion is to call them. Niece paid $118.00 for 3 hours at a covered pavilion. She gave $50.00 deposit if we didn't clean up after (we did) n she got it back. It's a very nice and clean park. Good luck.
You should call them and ask. Their prices are reasonable
No sorry

You can call the park office. Depending on the time of year and size of the group the pavilion s get booked year round. Call and see what they have on your date.

Yes
Im not sure.. But I think you cant Lucas..
No
For cars it's free, for Rvs it's like $36 a day but it goes up to like 41 in Nov through Apr I believe
During the week there really isnt an issue but it would be wise to simply stop at the office and just ask what pavilions are rented for that day. And ask what is available. Then drive around and look at them
If theres threats of lightning it will be closed.
Maybe you can stay a little longer, it is very quiet. At that time there are usually people walking around the lake! It is very beautiful place

$50 all day during the week and $110 for weekend and holidays. There is also a $50 security deposit that gets returned if you leave it clean.
Hello, I'm not sure about the price because they have different staging areas different Pavilions that you can rent and yes they have plenty of seating area for a party, if you're going to have it on the weekend it's best that you booked it far in advance because it's summer and many people are having family reunions depending on the date that you want to have the party and to check the availability of it, the park is beautiful and well equipped even with the water park and a trail fishing area, and different types of Essentials, and the atmosphere and the environment is relaxing and beautiful. I hope this answers your question unfortunately I'm not sure about the price but Monday through Friday it's free to come into the park on the weekends and holidays is when there is a charge.
