Is there 🐊 Alligators in the water? I see signs everywhere and teenagers swimming in the water. I also see paddle boats to rent on the same water by water park. So is it safe to paddle boat or Kayak ?

You never know, people find gators swimming in their pools in the midde of a day. Be careful, signs are all over the place for a reason.

I have lived in Hollywood for 25+ years and u have never seen or heard of gators in the pond. There are lots of birds and I wouldnt be surprised by a snake . The feral cats keep the snake and rodent population in check. Lots of playful squirrels.
