Had a first in the AM appointment. An hour later still waiting. Meanwhile people who came in after me are going in before me one by one. When I asked the receptionist she indicated the nurse is running late. REALLY? is there ever a time when the nurse is not running late? Seems no matter what day your appointment is the nurse is always running late. Maybe terminating employees who can't get to work on time may be necessary. But then again read the reviews, seems as though this place has had poor management for years and no one has the professional sense to make changes. The reviews clearly indicate no one cares. Funny how when asked to pay the copay, and I refused until my name was called they called my name not 5 mins later. The attached photo and poor reviews CLEARLY states they don't want to hear from you and if they do, they just don't care. This is a health care provider that doesn't care about the service ther provide. DONT USE THIS PROVIDER!!!

No one ever answers the phones and if they do they will transfer you to a voicemail and no one will return the call. You have to keep calling and hope that someone will answer, super stressful when your trying to get referrals, prescriptions or ANY information.

Hollywood office and OB team are impossible to connect with nor do they keep in touch with their OB patients. With my first pregnancy I was lucky enough to give birth in Miami-Dade County, the doctors over at Miami Beach Community health made me feel welcome. They did not skip a beat when it came to my appointments and milestones as a pregnant woman. Even as a young mom they did not make me feel unwelcome. However, ten years later as a mom in her thirties I feel forgotten in BCom's system. This is absolutely unacceptable. The doctors and personnel should learn how to build relationships with their patients. Not make us feel like another number walking through the revolving door. In addition, you should just get rid of the BCom Call Center. They have NO idea what's going on in each location and patients are disconnected all the time. As a result, it takes tons of calls just to get through to someone who then, cannot help. It's completely frustrating. I have left voicemails upon voicemails just to be bypassed or called weeks later. Again, unacceptable. When I go to the Perinatal center for an ultrasound there have been two occasions when the Perinatal center did not receive my ultrasound referral. This results for my appointment to be dismissed or even push backed by an hour or longer. This is disrespectful to the patient's time. Get it together BCom!

HORRIBLE! I’m a new patient and these people Take forever to answer a call, lack of communication, I’ve been running up and down all week just to locate my prescription. When they don’t pick up and it goes to voicemail they never return your calls. You literally have to run after them so they can do their job. Im going through all of this whiles pregnant and at this point I do not trust them anymore. I’ve never experienced this type of treatment from healthcare workers. DISGUSTED!

No it's not, but if you bring your financial docs, such as pay stubs or a 2020 W2 (Tax) then you'll be able to qualify for the sliding fee scale. Depending on the size of your household and your income, you may qualify for a discounted visit.
