Everyone at RGS was and is very customer focused. I completed three registrations with them in the past six months and each time the service has been excellent! Thank you to everyone!

This was my first time trying this service since I really don’t like waiting in line for DMV, I walked in and was helped immediately. They took care of all issues I had going on and explained it step by step. Jody skipped her lunch to helped me through the whole process and at the end of the day I was all taken care of. The team did a excellent service. I got new plates for an out of state vehicle, renewed registration for another vehicle and got new plates for another.

Katia at Redwood City reg is comprehensive and cheerfulness and takes the pain out of registration. I'll never go to dmv again.

I bought a car from out of state and wanted to do the transfer to CA registration/title. Was initially considering going to the DMV directly but looked like the paperwork would have been a bit too much to track by myself and that's when I found, through the help of the seller, REG. They are super helpful and got the whole thing done really fast once I had all the documents in order. Got the CA plates and registration in hand immediately. I highly recommend them for any registration/title transfers and renewals, and probably anything else that you'd need to go to the DMV for barring License/ID services. They're very knowledgeable about all the processes.

Owner transfer could be done on line ??
Go to our office on Monday bring the plate or vin number and Cindy or Katia can determine what happened. The fill be able to issue new registration and sticker for you.
Unfortunately there is no way to renew now. Renewals can only be paid 75 days in advance of the renewal date. That’s the day the Department Of Motor Vehicle issues the renewal notice with that years current rates. The Department Of Motor Vehicle is a collection agency for lots of different governmental agency’s. Each agency summits there pricing throughout the year. Therefore the Department Of Motor Vehicle doesn’t know what your next years renewal fees will be until the renewal comes due which is sent out to you 75 day in advance.
