We have had the best experience at Davies Appliance. Chris has been super helpful and responsive from the start. He walked us through the showroom (which is extensive) and told us the pros/cons of different brands and options on configurations for our kitchens both indoor and outdoor. Further, he was extremely patient as I went back 2x to further explore my options and refine my order. Prices are very competitive in the market. Finally, Davies is going to store my appliances until we are ready for them which is a huge help when you're in construction. We do not have the appliances yet and haven't installed, but my experience with Davies has been top notch, and I would definitely recommend them if you are in the market for new appliances.

Review Story: Happy wife Happy life! Brand new dishwasher is not working which equal to not so happy wife and not so happy life!!! . The only way to get a new dishwasher is to get at least 3 service calls not from the store that sells you the equipment but from the manufacture. ( weird, very weird) 2 service calls on the books, almost there everyone!! We NEED to support brick and mortar stores but when the brick and mortar store offers no service at all then I think it is ok to cut the middle man out of the picture? Asking for a friend... (I do own two small businesses and when a guest is not happy we go above and beyond to make everyone happy) Who knew that dishwasher business was so sketchy! Got it go now (wife is on a meeting) got to wash some dishes! Brings back the good old days when I was raised in Italy where a dishwasher was a luxury. Thank you Dave for bringing back some childhood memories. Ciao Rocco

Ordered a refrigerator which was delivered to the curb, they could not bring it inside the house. It was my fault, because the invoice does not specify delivery inside, but be aware, the default delivery option is curbside or garage only. A microwave drawer that was also delivered appeared damaged once we opened the box, and Davies is being very helpful about exchanging that item. They appear to be very busy, so if you have not worked with them before be assertive about asking questions if your aren't sure about something. They seem to be very helpful once they know what you need. I think the rating would have been 5 stars if they had sent an email confirmation when the delivery date was set, with details about what would be delivered and where. We might have had time to arrange for installation as we were expecting, or at least to have folks on hand to move the unit from the curb.

I am a repeat customer and I highly recommend Davies Appliances. They always provide great service and they have a wide selection of AVAILABLE appliances in the business!!! I purchased top-of-the-line new appliances consisting of a refrigerator, over the range microwave oven, electric range/oven, garbage disposal and dishwasher. The delivery & installation were scheduled for the very next day!!! Their own crew and the crew that were also outsourced were both on time, very efficient, clean and very professional. If there were more stars, I would be happy to give them a more optimal review since both times I received nothing but "excellent and outstanding service." Thank you, Chris, for your expertise and commitment to managing the #1 appliance store business in the bay area!!!
