I’m trying to get 10-day payoff statement for last couple of days and they’re not even answering the phone calls & emails. Sales manager Armando said he will call me back in 30 minutes yesterday and it’s been more than 24 hours and now he is not even answering. Terrible service, gorgeous unprofessional.

Update 11/10/2021 What a journey it has been trying to buy my 2021 Ford Bronco First Edition. From beginning to end, I can honestly say that it has been nothing but a pleasure working with the incredible team at Towne Ford of Redwood City. This was my first time reserving a car, so I was quite unfamiliar with the process. Kevin has gone above and beyond of any dealership I have worked with to ensure I have the best experience. From the day I reserved the Bronco (July 2020), to when I finally was able to purchase it, he has been supportive every step of the way. There are nearly 40 email exchanges between us, and every time, he was attentive, even when he was on vacation. I have never had a dealership provide that level of support, huge thank you to you, Kevin! I also had the pleasure of working with Carlos and Manny on the day I purchased my Bronco. From the moment I arrived at the dealership, there was Carlos with the keys. Carlos was nothing but friendly, informative, and supportive as well. This was the first time I had spoken with Carlos, and he made me feel as if we have been friends for a while; that’s the type of experience everyone should have when visiting a dealership. Once we started the finance conversations, Manny was very helpful in every capacity. There were a few areas we had questions on, and he was quick to guide us through the entire process. Similar to everyone I had spoken to thus far, he was friendly and made sure we felt confident with our purchase. Carlos and Manny, a big thank you to you as well! All I can say is that this I HIGHLY recommend Towne Ford of Redwood City to anyone wanting to buy a Bronco or any other vehicle. Bought a 2015 CMax here. Couldn't get the deal done on the first visit, but after couple weeks of follow-ups by the salesman David and Sales, was finally able to get a fair discount for a nice clean car and fair mileage. The dealership had some great selections comparatively to other places I was shopping. The cars here all seems well maintained, and also priced marked competitively. I'm happy the sales team was persistent about getting the deal done. I got the color I wanted . David was straight forward and explained all the options and most everything well. I was quite pleased with David's service considering after all, it's a car dealership. The paperwork in whole did take a bit of time. It was there close to 3.5+ hours to get everything ran and signed. I suppose that seems on par with most other dealerships anyway. Its always a bit of a grind purchasing any car overall. Overall, I'm very happy about my purchase here at Towne Ford. The experience was pleasant and I would certainly give them a strong consideration if I will be in market for another Ford again.

Your best bet is to go to a glass company it'll be alot cheaper
You may need to change the battery on the key fob if it got wet, hoping it didn't shorten out.
You can call them and ask, but I'm guessing they only service Ford vehicles.
Look on the spec sheet or owners manual.
Call and ask them. I only recommendation them, I don't work there. Maybe one of the dedicated glass specialists like Safelite would be more convenient and cheaper for you. They will do it on your driveway. Best Derek
