Car broke down on vacation almost 3 hours out of town. Through AAA, this company was able to pick up my car and transport it to my house. Victor was my driver and he’s the man! Warning warning warning I would say to use this company zero star it’s not enough. They are worthless please do not use this company. I’ve been waiting for three hours on the side of the freeway on Highway 101 the driver came in and changed his mind because he doesn’t want to told my car to Tracy.

i am from out of town here in San Mateo for work and got a flat tire on my rental. Andrew from Action towing arrived quickly and not only was he SO helpful, professional and quick but he was so cheerful and positive and even took the time to show me how to put on a spare. i had trouble with the emergency break on the rental and he even came back to help. this could not have been a more unpleasant circumstance but he was so wonderful it really turned my night around. not to mention i got the flat changed! thanks so much!

Tow trucks for this company regularly block the sidewalk, bicycle lane, and the center turn-only lane, even to the point of preventing turns onto E Street. The fact that this business cannot properly store their trucks should not be taken out on the surrounding community. Weeks later: still blocking the lanes.
