IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS I WOULD. This complex is infested with water bugs, roaches & mice. When you go into the buildings you see water bugs in the hallways passing by you like nothing. I had 4 mice in my apartment a few months ago & they didn’t do nothing about it. All they ever say is “it’s cause of the weather” I’ve been finding roaches everyday & I’m sick of it. I can’t wait to move from this place. DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS COMPLEX UNLESS YOU WANNA LIVE WITH WATER BUGS, ROACHES & MICE. Management is USELESS I don’t know why they even have an office for cause they never do anything to fix your apartment issues.

I moved into my apartment complex in September 2020. When I set up the appointment to see a motto of the apartment I was blown away. Although it was a motto I was super excited. It had spacious rooms, walk in closets, lovely carpet throughout, A walk in shower in in my bedroom, all the things I wanted but couldn't seem to find. I quickly made my home comfortable for myself and family. It's plenty of parking which I absolutely love and convenient to public transportation. I don't have a long commute to work and my son's school is nearby. The residents here are friendly and will usually smile and say hello. I love the staff Amy has always communicated with me from day one and helped me through the process answering any questions or concerns. Deborah is also the best, I haven't met her in person, however she is friendly, responds in a timely fashion if you leave a message. The maintenance crew is friendly and will respond to a issue within a reasonable time frame and if a work order is made. I have no complaints whatsoever. I am Happy, My family is Happy and we're hoping to live here for as long as we possibly can.
