I moved to Philadelphia from Maryland for work and was looking for a place that was pet friendly. I found Presidential City and thought it was the perfect fit. It has an incredible pool club and fitness center, parking, and all brand-new modern apartments. Having the convenience of a safe, on-site dog park with plenty of greenery was a huge selling point. I couldn't find an apartment in the area that offered the same amenities and features. I've been living here for about 6 months and it's been a great experience so far.

I disagree with previous reviewer.....people are not exaggerating...this place really is nothing but trouble. Maintenance is shoddy....IF they actually come to fix whatever in your apt, it will only be temporary...will usually break again within a couple of days...Lived here for over a year and have had the same maintenance request in-water behind my wall...huge bubble in my wall that i have to hide with a tree-NOBODY has fixed it yet. Even if you go to the manager/owner of the building...he just tells you what you want to hear and does nothing about it. He's a big problem. And...security is not here anymore...so you have a gated community...means nothing when front desk will let anyone in-are supposed to give any car without a sticker a pass....they just wave people on by.....plus some ppl had money stolen from apt! the bldg rep said that maybe if the top lock isn't locked, its not their problem.that's just what i wanted to hear from our bldg. rep! Do not waste your money...you will regret living here. It will cause you so much stress...beleive me! I can't wait to move
