I currently live at Station at Manayunk and I wouldn't chose to be anywhere else. I have been here a year and my only complaint would be the train that is outside of the building but you start to get used to it :) . Besides that, I love everything about this little community! My apartment is spacious, updated, the trail is a great benefit, the gym is pretty nice, nice neighbors and every request I have submitted with maintenance was fixed within 2-3 days! Not too bad! (Actually took a year for me to have to start making calls). The leasing office sends updates so I always feel like I know whats is going on and the little treats every now and then are nice. Manayunk is a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants and sightseeing options. It'll be a sad day when I have to move. The rent is a little costly.

I’ve been living here for over a year and it has been a great experience. The apartments and appliances are updated and maintenance is very responsive if I do run into a problem. Everyone I have dealt with has been very nice and helpful. The best part of the station at Manayunk is the location. It is right next to the train station that goes right into the city, next to a great bike trail that runs along the river, and is a 10 minute walk to downtown Manayunk. Yes the train can be loud, but it doesn’t run in the late hours of the night and it was easy to get used to. The convenience of the train makes up for the noise in my opinion. Great place to live.

We currently live at the Stations, and I will say that this has been one of the most positive apartment experiences that I've had. The property management and maintenance crew are quick to respond to any issues and actually care for the property by making sure that outdoor light fixtures and property cleanliness are maintained. The parking lot is well lit at night. Buildings are well insulated. The proximity to the train station and the towpath are hug pluses. In addition to a gym, there are also free bike rentals provided by the property. Overall a great place to live.

I currently live at The Station at Manayunk. We have been so thrilled with the level of service they have provided. During our move in we had a few concerns and they were addressed immediately. Most of the maintenance that is performed is by someone who lives within the community which is great. The finishes in the apartment are quality and up to date. We live in a two bedroom which is on the back side so we don't ever have an issue with the train running by. We actually loved the fact the station is right at our door. My fiance works downtown and we are often going there for dinners which is very convenient. If we don't take the train the highway is a mile away which is great for me to get to work. We are also close proximity to Main St and a nice bike bath behind the building in which you can use the bikes they provide. If you don't want to exercise outdoors they often a gym which has all the essential machines and isn't often very busy or crowded. I would highly recommend moving here and we aren't moving out until we decide to purchase our first home. The area is quiet and has great parking which is impossible to find in Manayunk.
