I have been living here for over a year and I will say I have had some frustrations, but ever since lakisha was hired I have had the best experience ever! She really has improved this building and she’s a great addition to the complex! I am so pleased with her.

My brother just moved to Rittenhouse three weeks. The place is nice, quiet and clean. However, the floor my brother lives on appears to have neighbors who just don't care about cleanliness. Went to the rubbish chute area to throw out trash and found a huge black plastic bag in the rubbish chute area. I wish neighbors could be a little more considerate of clean folk in the building. Word of advice to neighbors, "don't overflow your trash bags" and be respectful of clean neighbors. There is a rubbish chute on every floor, use it!!

This is a really nice building with great amenities with one MAJOR exception. This building has one of the worst package systems I’ve ever seen and frequently loses residents’ packages with management not taking responsibility for losses. One look at the front lobby and you will see packages piled on the floor with little organization or care. If you receive a lot of packages in the mail I’d consider living somewhere else.

Cons: LOTS of hidden fees, read the lease carefully. The parking lot is a gamble and not worth the money when there’s no guarantee that visitors won’t steal all the paid spots. Elevators are always broken, this is a very old building that is newly renovated so again keep that in mind. Security is also just for show, they do not actually check in guests in at the lobby or at the gate. Pros: decently quiet, they keep the property clean, and the amenities are nice. Would like this place a lot more if the staff were held accountable and prioritized their actual residents.
